Finding a suitable rental home in Amsterdam is
difficult! Every day, more and more people are coming to this vibrant city,
looking for a place to stay. With so many suitors on the market, trying to find
your place in the rental market can become a difficult and long process.

is where we come in! As a certified expat broker SEM Rentals will help to find you the perfect home
according to your wishes and requirements. Whether that is a charming,
picturesque apartment along the city canals or a new-build family home in a
more quiet part of the city.
Rental process
1. Intake
During our first meeting, we aim to get to know each other and answer any questions you might have. We also try to get a sense of your expectations, wishes and requirements as well as your budget, (location) preferences, etc. The first meeting is always without obligations.
2. Looking for a suitable property
According to your preferences and requirements, we will send you an overview of suitable properties. If you are interested in any of them, we will arrange and supervise the viewings.
3. Prepare a rental agreement
Once you have found your perfect home, we will take care of all the paperwork and set up the rental agreement. We also make sure that the financial part is being handled such as the security deposit, etc.
4. Key transfer
Moving day! We will meet one last time to give you the keys to your new home as well as do a check-in report.
