Renting out process
1. Intake
During our first meeting, we aim to get to know each other and answer any questions you might have. We also try to get a sense of your expectations and wishes. The first meeting is always without obligations.
2. Strategy
We will determine a marketing and pricing strategy for your rental property. This means that, in accordance with you, we will decide the optimal rental price as well as the marketing tools needed to present your property in the best way possible and to reach the right target market.
3. Viewings
We will arrange and supervise viewings for potential renters. During this process we also make sure to select and screen potential candidates based on their income, work, stability and overall impression.
4. Prepare a rental agreement
Once we have found the best suited candidate for your home, we will take care of all the paperwork and set up the rental agreement. We also make sure that the financial part is being handled such as the security deposit, etc.
5. Key transfer
Moving day! We will meet one last time for the transfer of keys as well as do a check-in report with the new tenants.
